First Ear CIC Accessory Like Nanos customer service the accessories are easy to work with. What would make the kits even better would be to customize the kit to the customers hearing aids. Another of extra.pieces

All went well, they are in my ears now. I lost my first ones (like these some what they were Red and Blue). Time will tell. Thank You.

I was not able to change the wax guards. I could not remove the old ones, no matter what I tried. I clean the wax using the supplied brush.
