They have been good so far but I need to download the Nano app on my phn
I like that I can charge them & don’t have to worry about battery’s.

Took awhile to adjust for different settings in different situations. Had fun figuring it out. Love the rechargeable feature. Save bunch of money not having to buy batteries. Works great anywhere. Called a few times for help and was greeted with friendly, professional and knowledgeable and understanding people. Highly recommended this product.

My husband doesn't realize that when he puts them in he's talking softer. Yea!!! He also always says "we need to turn the tv down." Yea!!! He doesn't feel comfortable yet wearing them out of the house. He's afraid he's going to lose them. It'll come, in time, and I know it.
We love them! My husband and I both have a pair. Gave my mom a used pair today. We haven’t had many issues with them & we’ve each had them for probably 5 years now. Super fast service. I would recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues!
I started with the in-the-ear model, but I did not like them. I called Nano and they gave me no trouble trading them for the over-the-ear model which works much better for me. Thanks, Nano!

First Ear CIC Accessory Like Nanos customer service the accessories are easy to work with. What would make the kits even better would be to customize the kit to the customers hearing aids. Another of extra.pieces
