Returns and Exchanges Policy

Nano Hearing Aids has a 100 day return and exchange policy. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are unhappy with your device, you can get another model completely for free, or you can get a full refund. Just call our all star customer satisfaction team at 877-654-9071 and we'll send your free exchange model or refund.


Nano Hearing Aids has an industry-leading exchange policy in which customers can try other models completely for free if their first model is not suitable. Customers don't even have to send back their existing device! If your first device doesn't solve your hearing problems, we will send you another model completely free, because we are that confident we can help you hear better. Just call our customer satisfaction team at 877-654-9071, tell us your problem, and we'll get you your free exchange model. 


If you do not want to try another model for free, you can send back your device for a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It can take up to 5 business days for your refund to process fully.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
