Refund Policy
At Nano Hearing Aids, we have helped thousands of people with their hearing and we want you to be fully satisfied with your hearing aid purchase. Should the customer choose to exchange their hearing aids for a different model, both the original and exchanged hearing aids must be returned and inspected before any refund is processed.
Additionally, all pending and open Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) associated with the customer must be received within the 30-day RMA window.
If you are not completely happy with your hearing aids, please:
1. Contact Advanced Support at 888-310-6266 or support@nanohearingaids.com within 45 days of receiving your hearing aids to begin the return process. Return requests made after 45 days of customer receiving hearing aids are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you are eligible for a return, you will receive your RMA on your call with our Advanced Support team.
Returns made without an RMA will incur a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Hearing aid accessories (i.e. tubes and domes) are not eligible for a refund.
3. Send the following items to Nano Hearing Aids in the original shipping box. Items must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving the RMA.
- Hearing aids
- Charging cable and plug
- Charging case
- RMA number
Return all items in their original physical condition. The customer is responsible for return postage. In the event of a return, please be sure to obtain a shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
What to expect after your package is received by Nano Hearing Aids:
- Components of package inspected.
- RMA verified and validated.
- Refund processed.
Refunds are processed by Nano within 12-15 business days after receipt of return and verification of condition. Different financial institutions and card issuers have varying policies on when refunds will post back to a customer’s account. Nano is not responsible for delays by third-party institutions or issuers in posting refunds back to customer accounts. Please check with your financial institution or card issuer if you believe there is a delay in receiving a refund.
Please be sure to obtain an RMA in order to qualify for a full refund on your order. Returns made without an RMA will incur a 50% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be received by Nano within 30 calendar days of obtaining the RMA.
Accessory purchases (including batteries) are not eligible for a refund.
Warranty Policy
Limited Manufacturing Warranty
1 year starting from the date of delivery.
Nano Hearing Aids warrants to the original purchaser that your Nano Hearing Aids-branded device (the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Nano Hearing Aids within the applicable Warranty Period, Nano Hearing Aids will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, replace the Product with a New Product.
In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedy. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Manufacturing Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by Nano Hearing Aids itself or through its authorized reseller or agent and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
