With Nano Hearing Aids, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can try out any of our devices, and if at any time within 45 days from delivery you’re not happy with it, just send it back for store credit, exchange, replacement, or refund.
All products must be in perfect condition and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Products returned without an RMA number will incur a twenty percent (20%) No-RMA Fee and can take up to two weeks longer to inspect and validate.
If your product is defective, immediately let our Customer Service know by calling a Hearing Journey Guide at 480-637-7541 to help assist you with a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Once the RMA is approved, you will receive an email verifying it was approved and to send your items back to our warehouse with our RMA form for faster inspection. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns for refund.
Cancellation: If you're canceling before 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged a $49 cancellation fee.
Repair: If you request a repair, and your order is outside the 45 day mbg, and you did not purchase an Elite Protection Plan on your current model and have already used your 12 month standard manufacturer warranty, you will be charged $49 for a single side repair fee, and $79 for a pair (left & right) repair fee.

To qualify for a 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund, all the following conditions must be met: 1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 45 days after the date you received the Product. 2. You must return the Product to Nano Hearing Aids to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean including domes and tubing. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, user manuals, inserts, and other printed documents. 3. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be included along with your returned product. 4. If Customers choose to upgrade to a higher-priced model, the credit from the original order will be applied to the upgraded exchange order. If you choose to try the upgrade exchange order and go beyond the 45 day satisfaction period of the first original paid order, your first original paid order that was used as a credit towards the upgrade exchange order will not be refunded. 5. From the day you get your RMA number, you have 30 calendar days to use your RMA number and ship the product back to our warehouse. The product must have arrived at our warehouse within 30 days, otherwise, your return may be discarded and you may not be eligible for a refund. Still, have questions about your return? a.- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, Elite Protection Plans, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. b.- We will provide you a prepaid Return Label to ship your product for $9.95 through email or $13.95 for a paper mailed label. If you decide not to use this label and use your own return methods, You are responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Nano Hearing Aids. C.- If you return Product to Nano Hearing Aids (a) without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Nano Hearing Aids or/and (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Nano Hearing Aids retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
Refunds: There is typically a delay between the time your returned package is delivered by the carrier/scanned into our system and the time the contents are verified by our warehouse and your refund is processed. If all return instructions are followed and a refund is due, please expect up to 5-7 business days after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund request. In most cases, however, your refund will be processed in less time.
