Why should I buy a Nano hearing aid?

Are Nano hearing aids FDA registered?
Yes, Nano devices are FDA registered, Class I, which means that our devices are real hearing aids, as opposed to PSAP devices or amplifiers.
Are Nano devices "real" hearing aids?
All of our hearing aids are FDA registered OTC devices. Our hearing aids come with multiple settings and are designed to help mild to moderate hearing loss.
What is a Nano Refurbished hearing aid?
These are Refurbished, Reinspected, and Recertified at our facility, and touched and quality-checked by multiple human hands. We have a high degree of confidence in these products with respect to product and packaging, and ultimately your satisfaction.
Why does Nano hearing aids not have a physical store where I can try before buying?
In an effort to cut out the middle man and save you money, we have eliminated all unnecessary costs. This allows us to pass on the savings to you and sell quality devices for a fraction of the price.
Before Buying a Device
I wear eyeglasses/mask/oxygen, can I still use Nano hearing aids?
Yes you can, all Nano devices are designed to fit well with eyeglasses and masks.
Do I need a prescription or a hearing test in order to purchase?
You don't need a prescription or even an audiogram (hearing test) to purchase our hearing aids. Our technology allows you to pick different volume and program settings so you can find the best combination of sound for your ears.
How will I know if the device will be a good fit?
Each device is sent with a few sets of ear-domes of different types and sizes, over 95% of people can find a perfect fitting ear-dome.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all hearing aids within 1 business day and it takes from 2-7 business days to arrive at your home depending on how fast the postal service delivers. We offer both Standard and Express (2-3 business days) delivery options via USPS.
Where do you ship from?
We are shipping orders from our logistic center, which is in Las Vegas.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to all US States and Territories.
Returns
What happens if I'm not completely satisfied with my hearing aids?
If at any time within the first 45 days of use you're not satisfied with your Nano hearing aids, contact (619) 738-2438 to speak with a customer service agent to start your return process and obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA will not be refunded.

What method of payments do you accept?
We accept major credits cards, debit cards, electronic check payment, physical check, cashiers check, FSAs and HSAs.
