We bought them as a gift . He seems to like them. Has a little difficulty getting the one side in, but that is due to his arm & hand not being able to bend correctly
My mom is now just going to be using the hearing aids as a trial. Is there anyway you could extend my use another 30 days?
I have had Nano Hearing Aids for years. I am having a bit of a problem getting used to the new ones. I am not giving up on them, I will keep working with them to get the right volume. I didn't realize how deaf I really was, in my left ear.
The Nano hearing aids are fantastic. I have found out that my hearing problem is in my left ear.
The aids are working well for me these are the second purchase of aids and I am pleased with Nano
5 stars I am satisfied with all aspects of my Nano hearing aid. I found that this company is a pleasure to deal with and fulfills every statement that is made about there products. I think a 5 star rating is completely deserved.
The older NANO CIC design left much to be desired, they were not comfortable and one failed in a short period of time. The new design is much better! They fit and they are much more comfortable they also accommodate more situations and volume settings that much easier to control on the fly. There are also options available on a more advanced model for a slightly higher cost. All and all so far I am happy with this purchase and the two year extended warranty that I opted for. The $50.00 discount didn’t hurt either. PA
From the get go my Nano hearing aids were simple to use, support from Nano to help with questions was superb, and the world that I was cut off from because of my hearing loss I have now regained. Hearing loss isolates one. Getting old is isolating. But, the two things together magnify that isolation. Nano hearing aids have helped my social interactions, I can even watch television more comfortably, I am very thankful to this company and its product.
They are awesomely great. Got them as a gift for my Mother and she can hear a lot better, we don’t have to scream at her
I have not used the hearing aid yet, I have been in the hospital and I will need to read all of the instructions first.
While I find them helpful I’m wondering if I should have ordered the hearing aids with 4 options, I have 2. I’m going to call customer service to explore.
The hearing aids are great! I have a little trouble with the rubber tips coming off in my ear Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I have gotten them out so far
Well design device, easy instructions and so far I could hear very well. The only thing I will add is the phone app to change the volume from there. Thank you for your good service.
Much more comfortable than the previous design and more settings options. Definitely a better product. The recharge case is a superior system. P
On my 3rd set of hearing aids. CIC, Sigma plus, and now Audacity. Each time a significant improvement. RIC being the best. I now hear things in other rooms. Quick delivery, fair price, excellent customer service. Love the app and Bluetooth as well.
