Hey my plug in hearing aid eeee dinging constantly called for assistance told to replace white thing in aid tried it broke out tool didn’t work at all and they were out of warranty can’t be repaired so ordered the behind the est aids and an pleased with them. Ding at times but adjust abs they are fine
Love Nano hearing aids...cust service excellent, but only gave 4 stars due to the left hearing aid quit working after only 2 weeks & although they replaced under the warranty, I had to pay for shipping to send the broken one back which cost $8.00 and I feel if they wanted defeated one back they could of send a prepaid shipping label after the cost of purchasing the hearing aids to stand behind their product in such a short time of purchase.
So far I'm enjoying these aids except I would like to have a bit longer hearing tube. What would also make these great if the microphone part were a bit slimmer, the current one tends to make my ears pop out and they also are somewhat uncomfortable as I wear glasses.
Overall good product. Had problems learning to insert into ear canal properly, could have used better instruction. Units do not "beep" when turning off/on or adjusting volume as described so it is hard to know the status of the units. Otherwise Good

OTC amplifiers should not cost this much but my dad insisted this is what he wanted.

I made my purchase and 5 days later I had my devices. They came with the charger and everything else I needed. Within an hour I was using my hearing aids.
They are so easy to adjust. You can easily adjust after putting them in. I am very pleased with the quality of the devices and the way they work. A very good investment.

My husband just received his hearing aids last week. Unlike two other brands he tried, this one stays in his ear, and there is less feedback when inserting it in his ear. So far so good.

They make a horrible screeching noise in my ear when I try to put them in. Then it sounds like I’m in a tunnel.
