We are having trouble knowing if the earpieces are on or off…

We are having trouble knowing if the devices are on or off. I suggest you make the green light stay on to indicate they are on. It is really hard for a 90 year old person to work them.

Also, after being fully charged, they don't seem to work so I put them back into the charger where they glow orange (not charged).

I am disappointed in this product.

your return policy is a bit…

your return policy is a bit crooked....dont you think you should tell the customer the whole story incase they return those hearing ads that we find are helpless and do no good

SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I contacted Nano by e-mail and the response was pretty quick and quite understandable, recommending the hearing aids I should get. I inquired about about hearing aids helps severe hearing loss they responded quickly. So I placed an order for the one they recommended.

Purchased the Sigma Plus B for my dad…

Purchased the Sigma Plus B for my dad in July 2023. They failed and Nano sent a replacement in September 2023. That pair failed and was replaced in December 2023. Those failed and were replaced in March 2024. When that pair failed, Nano offered a different type, model # RX2000-DC-B. Received them on April 6th. Those lasted about 1 week. I’ve since contacted Nano and asked for a refund to which they said no, the 45 day refund period has passed. They want to sent out yet another pair. It’s been 10 months since this saga began and I’m tired of receiving product that does not work/last, of going to the post office to return, of calling Nano and so on. Their quality control is poor. I think it would have been better purchasing from an EN&T doctor.

I ordered my hearing aids online so I did not interact with any customer service rep. I have heard from someone twice telling me my order is delayed by 5-10 business days. So that makes up to 20 day delay. When the ad says 3 to 4 business days for shipment.

I received the wrong domes

I received the wrong domes. I explained to the agent that I still have CIC2 aids but I wanted to purchase replacement domes for the CIC4 aids. I had several chats with the agent to ensure that I was purchasing the CIC4 domes, as was assured they were the correct ones. I had both CIC2 and CIC4 aids, and preferred the domes on the CIC4 units. So I wanted to purchase CIC4 replacement domes for my CIC2 aids since the domes fit my ears better. The agent tried to be helpful and was very personable.

My experience with NANO has always been…VERY GREAT !!

My experience with NANO has always been very
helpful and they have always taken great care of
my problems( hearing loss and ordering hearing
aids that work perfectly for me ) if I had to pick any
one thing not so good but not bad is trying to understand some of the language of some of the
People taking orders but they understand and try
their best. That’s all we can ask for. I really like my
hearing aids and would have a hard time going without
them. U’r company and employees are sure a good
credit and should set great standards for other’s

I had purchased a different set of hearing aids and had a lot of trouble with feedback. I wanted to know if there had been any troubling feedback concerns. I purchased these for my wife and I

I purchased these for my wife and I. I tried them and their quality was very sub par and to set them with the tiny buttons is something physically we are to o old to do. We need hearing aids that can be controlled by our IPhones. The warranty that was honored one day before it was to expire.

The warranty that was honored one day before it was to expire. When they called to ask about extension of warranties I said Why? He doesn't have them any more, he lost them and I couldn't find the paper on the warranty. They immediately helped me get a replacement

Would have given five stars if I could have bought insurance after I decided to keep the hearing aids.
Didn’t like being offered a better hearing aid after I opted for the ones on sale. Felt like I was hustled.

300 dollar tin cans.

These are horrible, total waste of money. They do have great customer service, but that doesn't circumvent the fact they sound like a tin can, the natural tones are gone, and you won t hear the things you need clearer or crisper. Listening through a tin can is the best I can describe them, I tried more expensive ones, the sound was way better, but it seems all hearing aids no matter the price, pick up too damn much ambient sounds, when you adjust that, the clarity in speech which you we're looking for kind of dissipates or diminishes also. They are cheap, but they are basically like listening to an
Old transiter radio, compared to reality or a quality stereo.
